Iran is a large country with a wide variety of flora and animals. A few of them are rare species, like the Persian Cat, Persian Leopard, and Iranian Fallow Deer. The tour will begin in the capital city of Tehran. After that, visitors will proceed to the protected areas of Semnan and Qalebala to see the local fauna. There are many locations where you can discover their distinctive wildlife and birds, including Ahvaz, Kish Island, and Qeshm Island. This vacation package takes you through Iran’s untamed landscape, from its hot beaches to its highlands.

Day 1   Arrive in Tehran

Upon your arrival, you will be transferred to the hotel. After a short rest, you can visit the Jewelry Museum and Carpet Museum to see Persian art. After visiting the museum, Golestan Palace, the former royal Qajar complex and the oldest historic monument in Tehran will welcome you.

Day 2   Semnan

Drive to Semnan, which is 240 kilometers from Tehran, after breakfast. One of the first mosques to be constructed in Iran is the Friday Mosque, which you can visit after relaxing at the hotel. Built during the Seljuk era, its minaret is the oldest portion of the mosque and is regarded as the oldest minaret in Iran. Visit Semnan Arg Gate as well. It is the only section of Semnan Arg that dates back to the Qajar era that is still standing. The historical depiction of the battle between Rostam and the White Beast on the seven-colored tiles of the entry doorway is the monument’s most notable feature.

Day 3   Qalebala

Drive to Qalebala (320 kilometers from Semnan) after breakfast. The second-best national park in Iran, Turan National Park, is the closest hamlet to this one. Following a little break, Turan’s wildlife viewing will begin. The Asiatic Cheetah (which is unique to Iran) and the Desert Finch, Trumpeter Finch, Hoopoe Lark, Little Owl, Pleske’s Ground Jay, Sand Grouse, and Stone Curlew can all be seen.

Day 4   Tehran

Proceed back to Tehran by car after breakfast. You will be taken to the Mehrabad airport for your flight to Ahwaz after eating lunch and relaxing at the hotel.

Day 5   Ahwaz – Shadegan

Drive to Shadegan International Wetland (122 kilometers from Ahwaz) after breakfast. There, you can spend the entire day bird-watching. Among the birds you can view are the Marbled Duck, Sacred Ibis, Red Wattled Lapwing, Basra Reed Warbler, Oyster Catcher, and Mesopotamian Crow.

Day 6   Kish

After breakfast, you will leave Shadegan for Kish Island.

Day 7 Kish

You will have a full day of animal viewing on this stunning island after breakfast. You can dive into Canyon Beach to witness stunning turtles, carpet sharks, and eagle rays. This location, which has stunning cliffs and rocks, lies in the southwest of the island and has a depth of 8 to 14 meters.

Day 8   Kish

You can view Persian gazelles in the Kish-protected area after breakfast. You may also see the turtles that come to the island to lay their eggs if you have time.

Day 9   Qeshm

After breakfast, you will go to Qeshm Island. The rest of the day is at leisure.

Day 10   Qeshm

After breakfast, you can explore the Harra protected area, a mangrove one, a wildlife tourist attraction with beautiful birds and natural nature. Spoon Bill, Indian Roller, Indian Pond Heron, Western Reef Heron, Great Stone Plover, Egyptian Vulture, Black-Tailed Godwit, Little Bee Eater, and Purple Sunbird.

Day 11   Tehran

On this day, you will leave Qeshm for Tehran to depart.
